Are you planning a Marquee Wedding?
Planning a marquee wedding can seem a daunting task. As wedding marquee specialists, we have many years experience and have been lucky enough to be involved in hundreds of weddings. Our aim is to make process as simple and stress-free as possible!
The first step is for us to prepare an initial quote. In order to do so, we will need some information:
1. Number of guests you have planned for the day/evening
2. Whether you plan to have a dance floor and/or space for a band or DJ
3. The date and location of your wedding (if confirmed)
4. How many of your guests you would like seated
5. Any other info about the style of wedding you are after (eg. rustic, formal, festival style, traditional), the furniture you might like, whether you want a bar, chill out area, drinks tent or separate ceremony marquee. You may not have thought about these points, and thats absolutely fine, but it is useful for us to know if you have set ideas
6. Are there any extra facilities you will need, such as toilets, generator, catering tent
With the above information, we can prepare your marquee wedding quote and we can move to the next step, which is for us to meet you at the venue to discuss things in more detail and to check that there are no challenges that night affect the marquee installation. Please be aware that the site meeting is free and without any obligation to you to go forward with us, but it is very useful as we can show you photos and make suggestions for your big day.
The quote can now be fine-tuned and if you are happy, a 20% deposit is paid to secure the date. This does not mean that the order is set in stone. We know that things will change as your wedding plans progress and final numbers are confirmed. For example, your caterers may ask for extra tables or your band may ask for a stage – we can accommodate changes right up to about 4 weeks before your wedding day and will work with you to make sure you are happy with everything every step of the way.
