We were delighted to hear from the Prime Minister yesterday that weddings and other events will be able to resume soon. Whilst we are still waiting for further guidance, here’s how we believe weddings are affected at each milestone date…
From 8th March
Couples wishing to get married with a small, legal ceremony will be able to do so from 8th of March
From 12th April
Weddings and receptions with up to 15 guests will be permitted
From 17th May
Weddings and wedding receptions will be allowed with up to 30 people attending
From 21 June
All limits on social contact hopefully removed. All being well, this will mean that larger weddings are now able to go ahead
Clearly, these dates are not set in stone but we are very hopeful that we are finally seeing our way out of this situation.
